Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are here to ensure your shopping experience is as playful and stress-free as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
